Born in the small village of Deftera, Cyprus, Andia brings her Greek heritage and passion for handcrafted quality to every scoop. Her innovative creations have earned remarkable recognition, including USA Today's Top Ten Ice Cream Shop (2023-2024), Best Ice Cream in the U.S., and Good Morning America's Best Milkshakes in the Country.
Andia’s greatest joy comes from giving back to the community—especially to its youngest members. A passionate advocate for children of all abilities, she proudly serves on the board of the Frankie Lemmon School and devotes time to local Girl Scout troops, mentoring and inspiring the next generation. Every year, she raises funds and spirits for Duke Children’s Hospital, where she connects personally with the Duke Children’s Champions.
